It’s about the feeling that we get when we’re moved by something. It has some power that doesn’t necessarily make sense. Why are we stopped by a dramatic sunset? I don’t know. We are.
Close your eyes and recall a time when you were deeply moved by something - perhaps a work of art, a natural phenomenon, or a meaningful experience.
First, simply notice the emotions that arise as you remember that moment.
Then, consider what it was about that work, phenomenon, or experience that created such a powerful response in you.
Take time to explore the “unseen” power or energy of that experience. What made it transcend the ordinary?
Finally, bring to mind a current creative project or idea. How might you infuse it with this same sense of power or energy?
Art is our portal to the unseen world. By cultivating our awareness and openness to deeper connections, we tap into a boundless source of creative inspiration and possibility.
Happened today while I was throwing away old piles of paper I used to keep unnecessarily at my place.
Listened to Angie (Miniature Numérique) by LB.
My whole body lit up with goosebumps from head, spine to toes.
These moments do not happen often, but when they do, I know that I am 100% connected with the realm.
I’m going to use this as a sign and focus on my own projects.
Thank you.
Most of my life I have been moved by small things, only to be told how I needed to stop. It is only in my 50s that I am seeing it as a gift - instead of a weakness. This is a good reminder to connect back to my infinite being, and that it isn't a defect.
